Vampire Knight 75 and Other Stuff
VK Chapter 75 raws are out and about, and there's a ton of different links you can check out regarding it!

According to a post on the VK LJ, it's also been scanlated on mangahead, but I can't load that site because my malware protection software throws a fit over it - so, not sure I can recommend checking that out, could be something dangerous on the site, just FYI.
SPOILERS AHEAD....
I will probably ramble more about it after it's scanlated and I have a little more time, but it looks like things are heating up again! It also sounds like my guess that Kaname's planning to sacrifice himself for his goals, one way or another, is probably correct.
It's kind of ironic that it sounds like most of the hunters except Cross are actually on board with letting Kaname do his thing. I mean, it makes sense... let a "rouge" pureblood take care of the others, then they just have to take care of him, very tidy. Kaname, no doubt, knows they would feel that way.
The encounter between Aido and Kain is interesting and a trifle angsty. Aido, already having much cause to feel adrift, also being kind held at arms length by his cousin/big brother and not able to contact him all this time's gotta be hard and confusing for our dear blonde. You know, it's interesting, because it's clear that Kain and Ruka are helping Kaname and you know Kain's not a fanboy and he's not a fool, so I wonder what he knows or suspects about everything that's going on which brings him on board with it all. I mean, I think in a large part he's there for Ruka, but Kain's made it very clear before that he would defy Kaname to protect her, so his participation tends to lend credence to the fact that there's more at stake here than I think most people yet realize. My opinion / guess anyway.
Speaking of more going on - the whole thing with the suspicious blood tablets is VERY interesting, and holy crap, that last bit with Takuma showing up at Shiki's door all smiley with the tainted tablets is just CREEPY. It's awful because you know if anyone could get Shiki and Rima to take them, he could, but I wonder if they will since it sounds like there's already doubts in Rima's mind at least. Poor Takuma, I totally want to kick Sara for what she's done to him.
The Yuki and Zero interaction looks to be interesting and significant too. I think I will understand it more after I read it again, or possibly when the next translation comes out.
Another holy crap moment in the chapter is the point when we find out that Cross has actually been fighting Kaname's shade form (sorry, using my own term for it, I don't know what else to call it) and it dissolves into bats to reveal that kid-looking vampire that attacked Yuki some chapters back. WHOA... sneaky, sneaky, Kaname! That was unexpected and I like the twist. Kind of brilliant, chilling and impressive all at once that he could control another pureblood like that, and that Kaien didn't even realize what was happening.
You know, going back to the tainted blood tablets and all, I wonder what exactly they do to the vampires who take them? Are they putting them all under Sara's control? Are there other side effects? Sara seems to have the ability to take over people, like she's done with Takuma, and I'm suddenly wondering if that's what happened with Aido's dad. I wonder if she'd done something to him. This is random, probably crazy and way off base, but I wonder if she like, put something inside him that was going to kill him or use him for some terrible purpose, and that's why he was okay with having Kaname kill him, because he didn't want to be used by her that way. Dunno, thought just suddenly came to mind so I spit it out here. Like I said though, I'm just stabbing in the dark and probably totally wrong.
Anyway, I look forward to reading the chapter when it comes out.

I am working on the next chapter of "Secrets in the Dark", I swear. Sorry for the really long delay, but I'll be posting again soon, honest.
On another random note I came across these two Kaname and Zero Pillows online on someone's LJ (http://jpsalenwishlist.livejournal.com/). I hadn't seen them before. Nice. :D I don't believe I've seen that picture of Kaname before. Very nice. ;)

The Zero image is in the same style-ish as the DS game artwork, but it appears they had the illustrator who did the VK promotional artwork for the anime etc. for magazines, to do the Kaname pic. 8D *drools at it so much*
You can buy them in various places online, like amazon, though it's usually from small stores. T^T Sadly most people don't seem to know about them yet so not many places seem to be selling. T_T

kaname looks so hot~~ hahaha. According the Amazon link that Sagakure posted, the (42 inch) pillows are $42 dollars. (One dollar per inch?)
Poor Takuma, he's being controlled by Sara. I hope Senri doesn't listen to him.

OMG! I LOVE VK SO MUCH! ;D Your blog is awesome! I saw all of the anime and read some of the manga, but I'm hoping there'll be a season 3 of the anime, as I know there are obviously more manga chapters to come :) Anyways don't stop what you're doing because it's really helpful so thanks! :)

Recently I went to Malaysia, and coincidently found a shop that sells VK manga and DVD!!! And needless to say, I spent all my savings on them, hahaha, not that I mind at all!>< My main purpose was to buy clothes from the mall there, but I didn't even give the clothes one look:D! Bwahahaha~~~I was so happy when I returned to S'pore.
:( Someone tell me why S'pore doesn't sell any Anime stuff??? :(
I really wanna purchase the two VK novels and the goodnight CDs, plus, of course, the pillows!!!>< I WANNA HUG THEM TO SLEEP EVERY SINGLE NITE!:D
