Secrets in the Dark Update & Picture
Just updated at long last! Thanks for all the messages, comments and emails. Sorry for not responding to all of them yet, but I am working on it. I also haven't been able to update my fanfic recs page yet, but I have some new stories to add to it next time I have a chance.

I already rambled extensively in my author notes on FFN, so I won't repeat all of that here, but I will add that it's been fun to have watched Zero kind of blossom in this story. We know Kaname has always needed him, but at the same time Kaname's always so strong and on top of everything that it can be somewhat intimidating. I think that even as difficult as everything's been, it's been good for Zero to be able to step up and realize that Kaname needs him for his strength, skill and brains as well as for the emotional factors. They both certainly needed one another to survive this latest situation! :)
I drew a picture that goes with this chapter. It takes place about midway through, just after the end of the fight and before Kaname drinks from Zero. Click the thumbnail to see the full sized image on Deviant Art.
There's always stuff I wish I could do better, but I'm actually fairly pleased with it for the most part.
Also, the Vampire Knight chapter 74 raws are out! I haven't had a chance to check them out yet, but you can find them here and a loose translation of them here. Thank you everyone who sent me the links!! I shall probably make a more proper post about it when I've had a chance to look it over.

Don't stress over it!!! Us fangirls, and possibly fanboys *sniggers* can wait!!!Th pic looks awesome!!!! I can't wait to read Chapter 36 but VK 74 is a must. It is already translated on MangaReader.

I'm a huge fan of your work ^^ It's pretty much canon in my head hehe. I've followed it doggedly ever since reading Crimson Door, although I'm a bit of an internet ghost since I've never really let you know how much I appreciate your work ^^" I draw, so if I ever manage to complete any fan art of your stories I will let you know! :D

OMG! totally worth the wait. love it sooooo much! thank goodness nasser is dead. i dun think i can handle anymore stress. love the part where zero drank from him and then fed kaname. i expect zero would be even stronger now. could probably be on par with kaname. also love the part where zero refused to leave kaname. so sweet! love them both!

KZfan: Thanks! Yes, I think Zero has "leveled up" again so to speak. ;) Probably not *quite* on the same level as Kaname, simply because their powers are inherently different in nature, but he is certainly the most powerful hunter out there, bar none. :) Thanks again!

Kitsue: Hehe yes, Kaname will be Kaname apparently... ;) LOL well, I'd actually love a good reason to slide Lily into this or any story. (Zero + Horses = YUM) I don't know that that'll happen in this story though.

mistyrose1097: No, it won't. Crimson Door's version of events is mostly AU from the manga, so it doesn't give anything away. There's spoilers for manga events up to about chapter 33 in the manga (manga is now on chapter 74), but after that the story takes its own course. If you've watched the anime then you already know all the events that Crimson Door might reference or spoil. Just be aware that Crimson Door is AU, so it handles things like the confrontation with Rido, etc. very differently than either the anime or manga.

i just finished the crimson door!!
it was an amazing story, your are a truly giffted wrighter ive never likes reading befor but as soon as a started reading this story i ccouldent stop. i love the way you have of putting things in to words i am not a very emotional person but the parts like when kaname was giving his life for yuuki and zeros, and when headmaster cross gave has life for kaname made my cry so hard. i was always a zero and yuuki fan and i always said i hated kaname but after finishing this story ive grown to love kaname and the ZeroxYuukixKaname paring wich you should know is a great achevement never thought it could have happend XD. so i just wanted to say thank you for sharing your wrighting it was truly wonderfull to read.

:) i just finished bloos moon YAY!! this story was utterly amazing (like all of your storys!) i enjoyed it more than words could describe. i really dont know how your not a professional righter your storys are so descriptive i just wanted to read more and more it had every thing a brilliant story needed it was all there.
so thank you for taking the time and efort to share your storys with people they are trully wonderfull, so good that im now off to read secrets in the dark :) and i just know im going to love that just as much as blood moon and the crimson door :)
