Okay, I read it! Very nice chapter. Slow-paced, but we find out quite a bit of important plot with Sarah and there's some cute and lovely interaction with Kaname and Yuki. :)
SPOILERS AHEAD
Was it just me or did Takuma look mighty hot in his worried / flustered state in the car with Sarah? Yum. I liked the way his collar was all disarranged too. I'm sure it actually doesn't mean a thing, but *cough* it makes him look vulnerable for some reason, and I *cough* like that. 0:) LOL poor Takuma though, seems he's doomed to be around purebloods dealing with their new powers after having consumed other purebloods. Wasn't he also the one who got the wall blasted / melted next to him while talking with Kaname when Kaname was trying to get used to the new power from Shizuka too? *chuckles* I don't quite remember, I'll have to look it up, but I think it was him.
And as for Sarah - eep! She seems to be quite the new emerging threat. Should be interesting! I feel kind of sorry for Ouri and that poor hunter girl.
Aido was so cute in this chapter. I just love him, heh, and I don't envy him the position of being Yuki's tutor/babysitter. LOL! Oh gosh, I loved Kaname's being all exasperated with Aido and Yuki for having opened the door when he told them not to, etc. That was so funny. Poor Aido, naturally he's the one who gets punished even though it was Yuki's fault. LOL although I find it equally funny that even as he's getting pushed out he's telling Kaname what kind of teaching does and doesn't work with Yuki... *snickers*
The following scenes with Yuki and Kaname were both sweet and cute, and informative. I was very interested to find out just exactly *how* few purebloods really are left, and about the different families and all, that's cool. Kaname's apologizing to her for the way the world is was sweet and angsty, he feels so responsible for everything (I think more than he should) and for more reasons than Yuki can comprehend... *sigh*
Dang, there's more I want to say but I have to go for now. Big thanks again goes to Sagakure for the scans and translation!! :) ♥

well, as for me im dissapointed in this particular chapter because nothing much happened in it.
from the very beginning we found out about sara & about what happened during the party
and the rest of the chapter yuki, aido and others discussed the matter, who did that & why, when the intrigue was revealed already.
and th cover from vol 11 is like the last straw, those who doesn't like zero would gladly pointed out something like: look how much he hates her & heis going to kill her & all that stuff *sigh*

Anon: Well, it's true that not a lot of action happened, it was definitely a slower chapter. There have been chapters I liked more, but at the same time, we did actually get a lot of interesting information in this chapter, such as the stuff with Sarah, what really happened to the hunter and Ouri, just how few purebloods there actually are left, etc. So there's always a silver lining IMO.
I see what you mean about the pic, and people may say that, but I think they would be missing the point. I see it more as representative of the angsty struggle inside Zero - that between hunter and vampire, between the love he thinks he shouldn't feel and the hate he thinks he should. You could actually look at it as an intimate picture in a gothic kind of way. I mean, considering that biting and blood and stuff like that is considered romantic for vampires... ;) Maybe Zero's just being kinky... XD
