Secrets in the Dark & Fanfic Updates
I am apparently totally unable to write short sex scenes. O_O;;
I hit 22 pages on this lemon and realized I still wasn't entirely finished with it and probably have a few pages left to go. Yikes. Soooo... I am splitting the current chapter of Secrets in the Dark that I was working on in two. We'll get half this time, and half as soon as I finish out the rest of the scene and get it ready for posting. :D
Sorry about that, but it really would have been too long for one chapter and I figured you'd prefer I post it in halves rather than keep delaying posting until the whole thing was finished. :)
So, without further preamble:
Secrets in the Dark - (Zero x Kaname) by Blackened Wing
Chapter Ten: "My Love Is Just Waiting..."
The chapter title, like the chapter, is one half of a whole. Next chapter will be called "To Turn Your Tears to Roses". Together, they form a line from Skillet's lovely song "Whispers in the Dark"

When I first heard that song a while ago, I thought of it as more from of a Kaname x Zero song because I was finishing Blood Moon at that time, but in the context of this story, and especially because of all the roses references, I find that it really works supremely well as a Zero x Kaname song too, and it's perfect for this chapter and next chapter. How perfect will probably become clearer next chapter actually.

*bounces up and down* thank you for updating!! Ugh, i was so annoyed! I had to leave and stop reading halfway through! It was torture i tell you! *laughs* i just wanted to get home and finish reading the chapter! Who needs uni when you have SitD? *laughs and hides from lecturers*
I've already given my millions of thoughts to you in my review...*runs and hides again*. I'm hoping that the next lemon will go well for BOTH sides this time? *hopeful smile*. I'm kind of afraid for Kaname at the moment; not cause Zero will hurt him on purpose...but if Kaname doesn't speak up, both will be very hurt.

i feel sorry for zero. not that i blame kaname for his fear, but zero's in the dark about it and unable to do anything to help. kaname really likes to make things complicated. i hope whatever kinky things zero is planning won't freak kaname out. and also that zero's surprise works out as planned. i meant the one about the deal, not the kinky stuff ^_^
