Vol 5 / 6 extra story - Shizuka and Ichiru
Wow, I just read a little story Vampire Knight extra story that I didn't know exsisted before. It was about Shizuka and Ichiru before Shizuka died and it gives a little history on Shizuka's past. I think it was a very important story because it shows us more about those two and what their relationship was like.
Actually, I feel really sad for them both now, which I would never have thought I'd feel. Don't get me wrong, there's no excuse for what they did, but Shizuka's story is sad and Ichiru... dang... poor thing, he really was in love with her.
Ms. Hino does a really good job of making you feel for almost everyone in her stories, even the non-hero characters. That may be part of why I like her mangas so much, especially this series.
The story can be found on the Vampire Knight forums (http://vk.onnacafe.com) in the announcment section of the Vampire Knight board - BUT it is not to be taken off the forums or reposted anywhere.
